– George initially never understood why the track was so successful, and jokingly said: “Is it because so many people have cheated on their partners? Is that why they connect with it?”
– When it reached #1 in the UK, it made George the first person to have a #1 as a solo artist and as a member of a band in the same year, and was George’s biggest-selling single in the UK of his entire career.
