Undoubtedly one of the great summer anthems.
This incredible reading of The Isley Brothers’ 1973 hit is taken from an episode of the legendary TV show, ‘Soul Train’.
This hugely influential programme ran from 1971 for an incredible 35 years, but we have a particularly notable performance here. This was the point that the Isley Brothers officially moved from being a three-man line-up to a sextet.
And what a move that turned out to be – just check out younger brother Ernie on guitar for some truly stunning yet understated fretwork.
