40 years ago today, one half of perhaps the world’s favourite music duo, Art Garfunkel, celebrated his first UK #1 single with his version of ‘I Only Have Eyes For You’.

Art performed the track during his recent UK tour, and it’s featured on the updated, special UK edition of his greatest hits album, ‘The Singer’.

‘The Singer’ is a 2CD, 34-song very best of collection hand-picked by Art Garfunkel. It features solo material, Simon & Garfunkel classics and performances of “Lena” and “Long Way Home” – both specifically recorded for this release.
