The video for Bonnie Tyler’s ‘Total Eclipse Of The Heart’ has just exceeded a billion views on YouTube, making it one of the few videos of its era to achieve that landmark figure. That phenomenal number is likely to continue to soar with the news that NASA expect a solar eclipse to be visible in parts of the United States, Mexico, and many countries in South and Central America on October 14th.

“I remember travelling to New York in 1982, with my manager, David Aspden, to meet Jim Steinman, who had written new songs for me. The meeting took place in Jim’s lawyer’s office on Riverside Drive.
