We’re BIG fans of Christmas here at Legacy and always look forward to counting down the calendar until it’s socially acceptable to get Mariah, Shakin’ Stevens, The Ronettes, Wham!, Slade and Wizzard on perpetual loop on the Legacy stereo.

But being the eclectic bunch we are we love an understated festive track in equal measures.  The subtler more low-fi, less jolly tracks like ‘River’ and ‘Little Girl Blue’ are as much a part of our Christmas as Boney M. And Andy Williams.  Disappointed that we could never quite find a playlist that fit the bill, the perfect not ‘anti’ but ‘alternative’ selection of tracks – we made one of our own!
