The history of popular music is altered forever when Mae Boren Axton plays Elvis Presley a demo of a song she’d co-written with Tommy Durden called ‘Heartbreak Hotel’. The track becomes his first single for new label RCA Victor and becomes his breakthrough song. Things will never be the same again…
